Weekly Yoga Classes
Rutgers Health students are invited to join us for yoga from 5–6 p.m. on Tuesdays through December 17. Yoga has been shown to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and reduce stress.
Equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own mat or towel. Taught by certified instructors. No sign-up required.
Classes take place in the Medical Sciences Building, Rosemary Gellene Room.
