Weekly Strength Training Classes
Rutgers Health students are invited to join us for weekly strength training classes for all levels. Recharge and feel great with exercises that involve resistance bands, mats, and body weight. No equipment is necessary. Taught by certified instructors. No sign-up is required.
Classes take place in the New Jersey Medical School gymnasium, behind the University Hospital cafeteria (enter through the back right).
