Feeling stressed? Need a short break during your day? Join us at noon on Thursdays in November and December for an ongoing mini meditation break. Short, guided meditations (most will be 10 minutes or less).

Sessions will be held on:  11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18

NOTE:  Class will not be held on 11/27 (Thanksgiving Day)
