Rhythm and Recovery
Please join us on 1/26 for a Rhythm and Recovery class with Sofia Loiacono! This session is all about letting go—freeing your body and mind through movement and embracing the joy that comes from it. Whether you have a dance background or not, this class is for EVERYONE who wants to explore the transformative power of movement.
Location: Corwin Lodge (Douglass Campus)
Sofia Loiacono is a student at Rutgers University, where she is pursuing studies in both history and dance. As a passionate dancer and performer, she is also a member of @ruperformingdance. With her unique background in both the arts and humanities, Sofia brings a deep, thoughtful approach to movement that encourages both physical and emotional exploration.
