SKY Happiness Retreat (Fri-Sun)
For those who are interested in learning breath-work and meditation techniques to boost your mental well-being and happiness, RU SKY is hosting a Sky Happiness retreat! Guided instructors will teach you evidence-based techniques you can use daily to boost your overall mental health!
This retreat will take place on Cook Douglass from Friday, Febuary 21 through Sunday, February 23, and it is highly recommended for people to attend all three days.
