Join us on 2/23 for a class with Emily Tanis! This class will be a transformative workshop exploring the power of dance and movement in cultivating mental well-being, with a special focus on the theme of forgiveness. Through a blend of feel-good movement, simple choreography, and improvisation exercises, this session is designed to guide participants of all movement levels in releasing emotional tension, promoting self-compassion, and fostering a sense of inner peace. Whether you’re new to dance or an experienced mover, this workshop will offer tools to embrace forgiveness—both toward yourself and others—through the expressive freedom of movement.
