Attention Rutgers Faculty and Staff: Are you ready to feel more flexible, both physically and mentally? Join us for Meet Your Stretch Goals: Creating Physical and Mental Flexibility, a wellness workshop series designed to help you reduce stress, boost focus, and stretch beyond your comfort zone. Through guided movement, mindfulness, and ambitious goal-setting, this three-part series will leave you feeling energized, inspired, and more connected to your personal and professional growth.
Open to all Rutgers faculty and staff, no experience needed.
We ask that you sign up to attend all 3 sessions in the series:
Morning Stretch: October 15, 8-8:40 AM @ Sonny Werblin Recreation Center MPR
Stretch at Your Desk: November 12, 12:30-12:50PM, Virtual
Stretch Goals Workshop: December 4, 11AM-12PM, LSC Collaborative Center
