Please join us for an afternoon of motivation and fresh energy to start off the Spring Semester!
Here’s the lineup:
2:00–5:00 PM – Metabolic and Body Composition Assessment (In-Body Testing)
1:00–5:00 PM – Chair Massage
3:30–5:00 PM – Spinning Marathon: Ride at your own pace as the bike calculates your mileage for a marathon —26.2 miles. Open to all fitness levels—Free registration is encouraged.
Fitness Classes (Yoga, Pilates, BodyPump® & more)
