
Meet Your Stretch Goals: Morning Stretch Session
This event provides the opportunity to start your morning with 30 minutes of dedicated stretching to relax the muscles and enter the workday calm and focused. A Rutgers Recreation instructor will guide you in movements aimed at releasing stored-up tension, promote healthy blood flow in the body, and reduce mental fog that can come with early mornings.
