Lunchtime Stretch and Release for Faculty and Staff

The Rutgers Art Network invites you to a quick mid-day stretch break, designed to release tension and provide simple strategies to take back to your office or classroom. Grab and go food will be provided.

This workshop will be led by Frederick Curry, Associate Professor in the Dance Department of Mason Gross School of the Arts.

Location:  Loree Dance Theatre, Douglass Campus. Parking available at Douglass Student Center.
