Recognizing Your Strengths as a Grad Student: Moving Beyond Imposter Syndrome
Graduate school is a time of growth, learning, and discovering what you’re capable of. This workshop invites graduate students to explore imposter syndrome through a strengths-based lens. We’ll consider how self-doubt can sometimes overshadow our accomplishments and identify strategies for recognizing our strengths, building confidence, and embracing growth and learning as part of the graduate student experience. Hosted by Tracy E. Scott, PhD, School of Graduate Studies, Biomedical and Health Sciences, PI for Initiative for Maximizing Student Development (IMSD) at Rutgers-New Brunswick.
