Image of moss covered plant hanging by a window, made through Japanese art form kokedama

Kokedama is a Japanese art form of growing various types of plants in moss ball plantings. In the Japanese culture, it is believed that kokedamas absorb bad energy and bring peace of mind. The act of planting and cultivating a kokedama can also be a source of meditative tranquility. This one-hour session will introduce attendees to the artform of kokedama, and guide attendees on how to address wellness and wellbeing through the care of their kokedama planting.
