
Awakening Through Zen Yoga: Special Sessions with Venerable Ingoong

This Zen Meditation and Mindfulness Workshop is a unique opportunity for participants to delve into Zen practices rooted in Buddhism, with a strong emphasis on inclusivity for all, regardless of religious background. The sessions will not only focus on the benefits of meditation and mindfulness for mental health and well-being, but also provide a non-religious space for reflection and relaxation. This is particularly beneficial for graduate students at Rutgers, as it equips them with tools to manage stress, foster self-awareness, and build interpersonal connections through a shared mindful experience. Moreover, it offers a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage of East Asian practices.
