CBT for Insomnia (Virtual)

This presentation provides an overview of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), including common diagnostic criteria and the cognitive and behavioral factors that contribute to ongoing sleep difficulties.  Participants will gain a better understanding of insomnia and practical techniques that can be applied to support more consistent, restorative sleep.
