
Cooking Workshop #2 – Falling for Flavor: Cooking with the Fall Harvest
A seasonal, hands-on cooking experience that highlights the tastes and vibrant nutrition of autumn. Participants will explore the versatility of cool-season produce, such as sweet potatoes, yams, squash, pumpkins, and other fall vegetables – including those dark leafy greens!
Open to all Rutgers Health students. Registration required. Space is limited.
