Eat the Rainbow, Paint the Rainbow

A collaborative event brought to you by Rutgers Dining Services, Healthy Dining Team, Scarlet Arts Rx, and Rutgers Gardens.

Learn about our world’s rainbow of healthy foods. Get a healthy side dish of art. Create community artwork with paints made from campus-grown veggies. Plus, free miniature canvas paint kits while supplies last.

This event will run from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on different campuses and dates, as follows:

9/29 at Livingston Dining Commons
9/30 at Neilson
10/1 at Busch Dining Hall
10/2 at The Atrium
