Embodying Wellness Through Polestar Pilates Mat

One-hour Pilates Mat sessions (held twice monthly) designed to improve participants’ concentration, breath control, self-awareness, coordination, posture, strength, mobility and social connection. The objective is to provide students with accessible, embodied practices they can use to physically and mentally re-align themselves. The sessions are self-contained, assume no prior knowledge of Pilates and include exercise variations for repeat attendees.
