Exercise is Medicine Month is an inclusive, low-pressure invitation to get active in whatever way feels right for you – a first strength-training session, a new fitness class, or a fitness assessment that helps you understand your body better. No experience necessary. No judgment. Just Knights supporting Knights! There are so many opportunities to get involved! Highlights are below. Note that some events require registration (but are still free!)
RU Rewards | October 5-30
Attend an October Fitness & Wellness class at any Rutgers Recreation Center and scan the QR code provided in class to earn a raffle entry. No registration is required. Participants receive one raffle entry per class attended.
Prizes include Amazon Gift Cards and Personal Training Gift Certificates.
Bench Press Club Test Out
Complete 8 reps of a bench press based on your body weight and gender identity to earn a Bench Press Club shirt. Registration required here.
