This booth will assess college students’ understanding of sustainable protein sources by ranking them as low, medium, or high based on greenhouse gas emissions per gram of protein. Stop by our booth and test your knowledge of Farmhouse Fumes!
Booth will be set up during meal times at various dining locations as follows:
2/18: Livingston Dining Center, Dinner (6pm – 8pm)
2/19: Neilson Dining Hall, Lunch (12pm – 2pm)
2/19: Busch Dining Hall, Dinner (6pm – 8pm)
2/20: College Ave Atrium, Dinner (6pm – 8pm)
