Unwind and Rejuvenate – A Free Self-Care Event! Celebrate Women’s History Month with a few moments of relaxation and wellness. Drop in and enjoy:

– Chair Massage
– Yoga & Pilates (all equipment and Mats are provided, dress comfortable)
– Take home a soothing essential oil scent bag

Schedule is as follows:

11:00 AM-2:00 PM CHAIR MASSAGE and make your own ESSENTIAL OIL BAGS: Chair massage is a relaxing and restorative experience that helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and reduce stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and re-energized. Essential oils are known for their therapeutic properties that support both physical and emotional well-being.

11:30 AM-12:15 PM Les Mills ® PILATES: Experience mat Pilates like never before! This class combines choreographed movement and music to enhance your strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Through slow, controlled movements, you’ll strengthen your core, glutes, back, and hips. Options are offered to welcome and support all levels—come as you are and leave feeling strong and refreshed! 12:30 PM-1:30 POWER FLOW & PULSE YOGA: Experience a dynamic full-body workout that seamlessly blends yoga, strength, Pilates, and barre into one energizing session. Enhance flexibility, build lean muscle, and deepen your mind-body connection. Options are offered to welcome and support all levels Leave feeling centered, strong, and empowered. Instructor: Sidhya.
