Sleep Month: Free Massage at Golden Dome!

Come and enjoy a FREE massage at the Golden Dome Athletic Center (Newark) and learn about the importance of sleep hygiene. Massages will be offered on Monday, March 9th from 5pm – 7pm. The Health Promotion Division (HPD) will be there providing some education and giveaways about sleep while you wait for your massage 🙂
