
Labyrinth* 101 Workshop

Trace, Walk, Reflect, Repeat…. An Interactive and In-Person Labyrinth Experience!
Need to breathe? Be in community with others? Deepen your spiritual practice? Meet us on the labyrinth!
Please join Labyrinth Facilitators Rev. Katrina Jenkins (Assistant Dean for Faith and Spirituality Initiatives) and Frank Faine (Labyrinth Consultant/Educator) as they offer two in-person workshops**:
Labyrinth 101 Workshop: Tuesday, February 18th, 9:00 AM-11:30 AM. We will cover the history, purpose, and how to incorporate the labyrinths into your spiritual practice. Participants will have the opportunity to walk (or trace) the labyrinth if they choose.
Advanced Labyrinth Workshop: Wednesday, February 19th, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
For those who want to go deeper into their practice, and learn about how to plan a labyrinth program from start to finish.
**You may register for one or both workshops. Labyrinth 101 is NOT a prerequisite for the advanced workshop.

We understand how schedules are tight, and people may need to leave early. We ask that you stay as long as possible. Open to faculty, staff, and students for free! If there is enough interest, there will be a student session during the evening of February 18th.
*What is a Labyrinth?
A labyrinth is a path that winds from the outside to the center and back again. Labyrinths are often used for meditation and reflection and are considered to have spiritual and healing properties.
