Mood Boost Monday: Rock Painting Pop Up (@ Res Life Offices)

In honor of Mental Health & Wellness Week, the Residential Care Team is hosting a series of events and activities focused on wellness. Events are free and open to all students and occur at four Residence Life locations!

Get creative with rock painting and explore sensory stations. Whether you’re an artist or just looking to de-stress, this is the perfect way to take a break and connect with your senses. All materials provided—just bring your imagination! CAPS Community-based counselors will be at each location as a supportive resource.

This event will take place on Monday, April 13 between 1:00 and 3:00 at the following locations:
