
Move with Meaning: A Wellness Experience
As we move into finals season, this special Move with Meaning session is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and breathe. Join us for a Pilates-inspired mind–body class blended with reflective journaling – a space to release tension, move with intention, and remember who you are beyond deadlines and expectations.
This session focuses on the theme Living Purposefully: honoring what matters to you, grounding in your values, and giving yourself permission to take up space even during high-stress moments. Together, we’ll pair gentle movement with guided reflection prompts, followed by an open conversation for those who want to share or simply listen.
What to Expect:
- A beginner-friendly Pilates blend focused on breath, grounding, and stress release
- Guided journaling prompts to support self-reflection and purposeful living
- Space for gentle conversation and connection
- Fun giveaways to bring your practice beyond the session
- Snacks & refreshments to keep you nourished while you journal and unwind
