Move with Meaning is a wellness experience that blends movement, reflection, and community. This special edition blends gentle Pilates, journaling, and a live poetry workshop to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that actually feels good.
Featuring guest poet Susana Cuartas-Ordoñez, author of Midnight Café, this session invites you to explore both joy and vulnerability through movement and words. Expect a feel-good Pilates flow (no experience needed), meaningful prompts, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you come solo or bring a friend, you’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected.
