Public Health Employee Wellbeing (Training Session for Faculty/Staff)
Join us for a revitalizing afternoon dedicated to strengthening the well-being of those who strengthen our communities. Public Health and Health Education credits will be offered for the program.
Take some time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your purpose as a public health professional. This insightful, interactive training offers a space to explore empathy, resilience, and self-awareness—bringing heart, balance, and imagination back into your work.
Through creative activities and practical discussions, participants will learn how mindfulness can positively impact both physical and emotional well-being. The session will define mindfulness, explore its role in effective stress management, and introduce techniques to reduce stress and promote inner calm.
