Join us on 2/2 for “Awareness and Acceptance: A movement class to help us practice the art of introspection”, led by Maddy Feldwick! In this class, we’ll explore the power of self-awareness, giving you the space to reflect on your internal world and the external challenges that shape it. Through a blend of introspection and mindful exercises, you’ll learn how to step back from the noise of over-analysis, allowing for a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and actions.
This class is for those who want to understand themselves better, process difficult emotions, and embrace the discomfort that comes with real change. Expect moments of deep reflection, vulnerability, and—ultimately—empowerment as you discover the power in seeing yourself clearly. All levels are welcome and we encourage those who have never taken a dance/movement class before to try it out!
