
Strength Development – Session 1 (9/9 – 10/17)
Strength Development is designed to help build strength progressively over time. This program supports participants at any level as they master key lifts, improve technique, and gain confidence as they get stronger. Enjoy a small group training environment led by a certified coach.
Two six-week sessions to choose from:
- Session 1: Week of September 9 – Week of October 17
- Session 2: Week of October 21 – Week of December 5
Multiple class options choose from each week during your selected session:
- Mondays 5:30 pm (Keri)
- Tuesdays 5:30 pm (Sam)
- Wednesdays 5:30 pm (Sam)
- Thursdays 12:30 pm (Braily)
- Thursdays 5:30 pm (Keri)
Class size limited to 10 – 12 participants (first come first served basis). You can attend unlimited classes within the six-week session you sign up for. Cost for the full six-week session is $40 for students and members; $50 for complimentary members
