Stress Less with Art
The Stress Less with Art workshop aims to provide:
- An outlet for stress and turbulent times
- A way to visualize and express thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
- A springboard for insight, mindfulness, acceptance, and self-compassion
No art-skills needed.
This workshop occurs every week from 3-4 pm on Tuesdays starting October 29, 2024 and repeating until November 12, 2024.
