
Thursdays in Motion: Grad Student Yoga and Pilates **YOGA TODAY**
Join us on Thursdays in the Fall 2025 semester to take a pause from your busy week by relaxing your mind and body with your fellow graduate students. Starting 9/18 – 11/20, we will be providing movement activities, alternating between Yoga and Pilates. No registration needed. Mats and blocks are provided, and all skill levels are welcome!
Yoga: 9/18, 10/2, 10/16, 10/30, 11/13
Pilates: 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20
