DESCRIPTION:Rutgers Health students are invited to join us for yoga from 5–6 p.m. on Tuesdays through December 17. Yoga has been shown to improve flexibility\, balance\, strength\, and reduce stress. \nEquipment is provided\, but feel free to bring your own mat or towel. Taught by certified instructors. No sign-up required. \nClasses take place in the Medical Sciences Building\, Rosemary Gellene Room. \nFunded by the Mental Health Community Provider Partnerships and Professional Development Grant.
