SUMMARY:Hiking the Pine Barrens
DESCRIPTION:The Pinelands of New Jersey are one of the greatest ecological wonders this state has to offer and full of rich history. Join us as we venture through forests of pine and cypress stands on a relaxing hike with little to no elevation change. This trip is suitable for all experience levels\, and we encourage you to sign up today and meet some like-minded folks who enjoy exploring the outdoors in a supportive environment. Our hiking trips meet at the Cook Recreation Center and include transportation to/from the trailhead on a fully guided experience with our outdoor staff as they facilitate the hike. Please bring plenty of drinking water\, snacks/lunch\, and wear appropriate clothing for walking outside in the present weather. You will receive an email from our staff prior to the departure date with more pertinent information. \nPlease meet at the Cook Rec Center- Base Camp at 8:30 AM. \nCost: $20 \nRegistration required. DESCRIPTION:Our personal trainers are here to guide you through the fundamentals of strength training and ensure that you get a great workout while learning how to lift weights correctly and effectively. Our workouts are carefully designed to promote a full body workout including strength\, flexibility\, and cardiovascular exercises. You will learn how to use various machines in the fitness center and will leave the session with your own workout. \nWe are offering a few options for participation.
