DESCRIPTION:Our personal trainers are here to guide you through the fundamentals of strength training and ensure that you get a great workout while learning how to lift weights correctly and effectively. Our workouts are carefully designed to promote a full body workout including strength\, flexibility\, and cardiovascular exercises. You will learn how to use various machines in the fitness center and will leave the session with your own workout. \nWe are offering a few options for participation. SUMMARY:Move with Meaning: Pilates and Reflection
DESCRIPTION:In honor of Women’s History Month\, this Move with Meaning session offers a grounding space to pause\, move\, and reflect. The class blends gentle mat Pilates with guided journaling\, creating an experience that supports physical\, emotional\, and spiritual wellbeing. \nThe session is led by Victoria Valentin (she/her/ella)\, a Rutgers Recreation instructor and wellness facilitator whose work is rooted in mind–body connection and the belief that movement and community can be pathways to meaning\, reflection\, and liberation.
