SUMMARY:Sleep Bingo!
DESCRIPTION:WELCOME TO SLEEP BINGO! \nThis is an activity designed to help you explore small ways to support your sleep. You choose what fits your lifestyle\, schedule\, energy level\, and preferences. The goal is exploration and awareness\, not performance. \nHOW IT WORKS\nAs you complete a practice\, mark off the corresponding square on your Bingo Board. To earn Bingo\, complete five squares in a row — across\, down\, or diagonally. To show us what you tried\, submit your board using the Bingo Submission Form. For every set of five completed in a straight line (across\, down\, or diagonal)\, your name will be entered into a drawing. \nTEAM PARTICIPATION\nTo participate as a team\, each member must submit their individual board using the Bingo Submission Form (link below). After all team members have submitted their individual boards\, one team representative must submit each member’s NetID or email address (the same one used for individual submission) using the Team Entry Form (link below). Teams will be entered into a separate raffle for team prizes. \nREMEMBER!\nSleep is influenced by stress\, work schedules\, caregiving responsibilities\, health conditions\, and many factors outside our control. If something does not work for you\, that is okay. The goal is simply to notice what feels supportive. Be kind to yourself this month. \nIMPORTANT LINKS\n• Bingo Submission Form: https://go.rutgers.edu/sleepmonthbingo\n• Team Entry Form: https://go.rutgers.edu/sleepmonthbingoteams\n• Bingo Toolkit (Instructions and Definitions): https://go.rutgers.edu/bingotoolkit

SUMMARY:Soul and Self: A Workshop Where Spirituality and Wellness Intersect (2 parts)
DESCRIPTION:Kia Alexander (CAPS) and Rev. Katrina Jenkins (Faith and Spirituality Initiatives) are offering a two-part workshop designed to enhance the mental health support available on campus\, while also integrating this support with the spiritual resources already offered to students.\nWe are seeking students who are interested in exploring ways to integrate their spirituality—whether expressed through faith\, beliefs\, or personal practices—with their mental health and overall well-being.\nKia and Rev. Jenkins will lead students through a two‑day workshop that includes readings\, interactive activities\, and guided discussions. Our goal is to create a supportive community where students feel comfortable expressing and living out both their spiritual and emotional identities\, while also fostering connection and shared understanding among participants. \nSpace is limited to 10 students.  PLEASE NOTE: students who sign up for the workshop must commit to attending both days (3/26 and 3/27 from 3pm – 5pm each day). \nRegistration link / event website:   https://forms.gle/oNwpcgJHMBmZe68f6 \n
