DESCRIPTION:Looking for a way to get active\, connect with colleagues\, and enjoy time in nature? ScarletFit welcomes faculty and staff across Rutgers–New Brunswick (including Graduate Assistants\, Research Assistants\, and student workers) to come together for movement\, community\, and wellness. Whether you prefer to stretch\, walk\, or run – come as you are and be part of a healthier\, more connected campus! This initiative is made possible through the Wellness at Work Connection Grant and the partnership between ScarletWell and the Rutgers-New Brunswick Center for Faculty Success. ScarletWell is a Chancellor-led initiative that was created to improve wellness-related programming as part of the University’s Academic Master Plan. This project involves leaders at both the faculty and staff levels\, and Alyssa (Staff Lead) and Dr. Jamey Lister (Faculty Lead) are very excited about this opportunity! \nThe first 50 participants get a free RU-branded water bottle plus snacks! Pre-register to stay informed about upcoming events and for a chance to win exciting health-related swag! \nRecurring event on 2/26/2025\, 3/12/2025\, and 4/16/2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  and will have the option to stretch\, walk\, or run (with snacks provided).
