Rutgers Health community members are invited to join us for a 10-minute lunchtime mindfulness “reset” every Monday at noon. Visit the Rutgers Health Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence Community (NetID required) — a forum for activities, resource sharing, and trainings that promote mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and well-being across Rutgers Health.
